Delivery and payment methods

Delivery

We deliver orders via Czech Post to all countries of the European Union. After we send your order, you will recieve confirmation e-mail with the parcel number, thanks to which you can track its movement to your home.

We also offer the possibility of personal collection at our shop in Ústí nad Labem, at Pražská 170/118, 400 01 Ústí nad Labem - Vanov. Personal collection is free of charge and the order will be ready for collection within 24 hours of confirmation.

Payment

On our e-shop we support the following payment methods:

• Bank transfer - After completing your order, you will receive our bank details for payment by email. Your order will be shipped after the amount is credited to our account.
• Payment by credit card - We accept Visa, MasterCard and other cards. Payment is secure and is made through the ComGate payment gateway.
