E-shop www.kuse.cz is primarily intended for final customers, not subject to VAT.
If you are buying as a VAT payer, for a company, it is advisable to contact us preferably by email or phone. This applies especially to purchases in larger volumes. It is also necessary to include your VAT number and VAT number in the order.
Your binding order in our e-shop is also taken as your declaration that you are 18 years of age and that you are a legally competent person.
1) Delivery and payment terms
By placing a binding order, the Buyer confirms that he accepts the Terms and Conditions for the delivery of goods announced by the Seller. The relationship between the Buyer and the Seller is governed by these Terms and Conditions, which are also binding on both parties. The goods will be delivered to the name and delivery address you entered in the order form, or you can pick up the goods in person at the address of the shop: Pražská 170/118 , 40001 Ústí nad Labem - Vanov. 277906729/0300, the account for SEPA transfer payments in Euro is IBAN: CZ93 0300 0000 0002 7833 3512 both accounts are company accounts of Kuse Outdoors s.r.o.
Upon agreement, we allow payment by cash on delivery to verified and regular customers, but only here in Czech Republic, in other EU countries invoice prepayment is essential.
It is also possible to make payments by credit card or online fast transfer via ComGate payment gateway.
2) Ordering goods or services
We offer you the possibility to shop directly from the comfort of your home, where you can shop around the clock. You can order easily and conveniently using the shopping cart, phone or e-mail, The subject of the contract is only the goods specified in the purchase contract - order. The dimensions, weight, performance, capacity and other data given on this website, in catalogues, brochures and other printed materials are non-binding and based on manufacturers' data. In case of discrepancies, I will of course contact you immediately. I undertake to deliver to my customers only goods in perfect condition and in accordance with the specifications or characteristics customary for the type of goods, complying with the standards, rules and regulations in force in the Czech Republic, and at the same time properly equipped with Czech instruction manuals, warranty certificates and lists of after-sales service centres, if this is customary for the type of goods. A condition for the validity of our electronic order is the completion of all the required data and requirements specified in the order form. The order form is also a proposal for a purchase contract, whereby the purchase contract itself is subsequently formed by the delivery of the goods. Formal confirmation of the order by the seller is required to conclude the purchase contract. In individual cases, especially the more costly ones, the Seller reserves the right to create a contract by confirming the order preferably in person or by telephone and the payment of a financial deposit by the Buyer. In the event that during the period in which the goods were ordered, there is a significant change in the foreign currency exchange rate or a change in the price or the range of goods supplied by the supplier, my company has the right to modify the order in agreement with the buyer or to unilaterally withdraw from it with immediate effect. I reserve the same right in the event that the manufacturer ceases to supply the product ordered or launches a new version of the product or significantly changes the price of the product.
3) ORDER CONFIRMATION
The order is received within 24 hours, the order confirmation will be sent to you by email. In case of doubt, I will of course contact you. Upon receipt of the shipment by Czech Post s.p. you will receive a text message with the delivery details.
4) Order cancellation
Each order can be cancelled by the person who placed the order within 24 hours by e-mail without giving any reason. Simply provide your name, email and a description of the goods ordered. The cancelled order will be highlighted and the goods will not be shipped at all. Furthermore, the person who ordered the goods can return the goods within 14 days and withdraw from the purchase contract. For each day of use, wear and tear may be deducted from the price of the goods in proportion to the period of use and the degree of wear and tear. The goods will then be offered as used, at a discount. The aforementioned amount of money paid by the customer for the use/wear of the goods will be used to cover this discount. Refunds for cancelled orders and returned goods will be made within 14 working days to the account of the person who placed the order. The postage for cancelled orders is paid by the sender, however, you can return the goods for free by agreement in person directly at the eshop. If a modification or service is performed on the goods of the cancelled order according to the individual order, the price for this service or modification cannot be claimed.
5) Delivery time
The delivery time is from a few hours to 7 days, unless otherwise stated. In the event that any goods are out of stock, we will contact you immediately.
6) Complaints and warranty
Every crossbow or bow sold on kuse.cz is marked with an engraved sticker with the logo www.kuse.cz . This sticker proves that it is indeed a crossbow or bow sold by us. The reason is that most crossbows do not have any identification number. Without this sticker proving the origin of the goods and without proof of purchase, the goods cannot be claimed. This is due to several attempts to claim products that were not purchased from us. It is also forbidden to tamper with the damaged crossbow in any way, to remove parts, change them or disassemble them. If you want to claim for example a damaged crossbow arm, it is NECESSARY NOT TO TAKE ANYTHING DOWN, just disconnect the whole bow and pack the bow COMPLETELY together with the BOW + BODY, even if damaged + THE ARROW WITH WHICH IT WAS SHOT and send it to the following address: Kuse Outdoors s.r.o. , PRAŽSKÁ 170/118, 40001 ÚSTÍ NAD LABEM.
I will handle any complaints for goods originating from the Czech Republic in accordance with the applicable law within 30 days. If the goods are imported from outside the EU, the claim period may be extended to 3 months. Should it be necessary to extend the claim period, you will be informed of this fact. The buyer is obliged to inspect the goods upon receipt in order to detect any defects or damage. The buyer is obliged to report any defects immediately. We are not responsible for defects caused by the carrier. The goods are subject to a statutory warranty period of 24 months. The warranty only applies to manufacturing defects and does not apply to damage caused by improper use. At the same time, the warranty does not apply to consumable goods such as bowstrings, shoelaces, etc. In the case of claims in both directions, the sender always pays the postage costs, no one charges postage.
The buyer is obliged to check the condition of the parcel (number of packages, intactness of the tape with the company logo, damage to the box) with the carrier immediately upon delivery according to the enclosed delivery note. The buyer is entitled to refuse to accept a shipment that is not in conformity with the purchase contract, e.g. because the shipment is incomplete or damaged. If the Buyer accepts such a damaged shipment from the carrier, it is necessary to describe the damage in the carrier's handover report. The incomplete or damaged consignment must be reported immediately by e-mail to franta.cerman@seznam.cz, a damage report must be drawn up with the carrier and sent to Alga by fax, e-mail or post without undue delay. The additional complaint of incompleteness or external damage to the shipment does not deprive the buyer of the right to claim the item, but gives us the opportunity to prove that there is no breach of the purchase contract.
The warranty does not cover:
(a) defects caused by excessive wear and tear from overloading the product
b) damage caused by improper use of the product - for example, a shot without an arrow in a crossbow or bow
(c) improper storage
Complaint procedure:
1) inform me of the complaint by phone, e-mail or in writing
2) send the goods as a registered parcel (not COD) to the address Kuše Outdoors s.r.o. , Pražská 170/118, 40001 Ústí n/L
3) in the parcel please indicate the reason for the complaint, your address
4) please enclose a copy of the proof of purchase of the claimed goods in our shop in the box with the goods and enclose a brief description of the session or a description of how the defect occurred
I will deal with your complaint as quickly as possible, no later than 30 days from its occurrence, i.e. the receipt of the goods by my company. In the case of longer complaints, I will inform you immediately about the status of the complaint.
Notice to the consumer about the possibilities of out-of-court settlement
Pursuant to § 14 et seq. of Act No. 634/1992 Coll., on Consumer Protection, please be advised that the consumer is entitled to contact the competent body designated for out-of-court settlement of consumer disputes.
