COLD STEEL Gladius Machete with sheath

The Gladius Machete is a stylish machete inspired by the legendary sword from the Roman Empire. Despite this, it is a very effective working tool with excellent strength properties, designed for chopping. The blade with a full tang construction is made of 1055 carbon steel with an anti-corrosive black finish. 1055 steel is a tool carbon steel. The carbon content and low alloying of this shallow-hardened steel make it a very strong material that is not prone to brittleness. The handle is made of high-pressure injection-molded polypropylene, making it virtually indestructible. The handle features a classic guard and pommel, just like the original weapon. The Gladius Machete comes with a sturdy Cor-Exa sheath and strap for easy carrying and use.
