It is mainly used in the medical and pharmacological industry and in the production of kitchen tools. The Outdoorsman Lite has a handle made of two materials. The backing of the handle is made of strength polypropylene, which gives the knife its shape and excellent strength properties, and the surface is coated with a soft and flexible Kray-Ex plastic polymer to prevent the handle from slipping. It can be cleaned simply with soap and water. The knife comes with a Secure-Ex® sheath.
