The assembly is subject to minimum workshop skill, for each shock absorber you need to cut 2x M5 threads for screws and 2x pre-drilled holes, into which the mounting pins will fit.

The spacing of the holes is 36,6 mm, the diameter of the holes is 4,8 mm inside, the diameter of the hole for the head of the IMBUS bolt is 8,2 mm, the diameter of the pins is 4,75 mm, the spacing of the pins is 15,2 mm

The bowstring runs along the body of the crossbow over the duralumin part of the shock absorber and is then captured by a high quality silicone rubber to dampen vibration and noise.
